Reading the Towel

The towel has a map on it. This map is not always self-explanatory. Part of the game is to unfold the towel, read the route, and work out what it is asking of you. The towel is therefore both a practical object and a puzzle surface. A Towel Team studies the map together and tries to figure out what to do next. Where does this route begin. What is the waypoint. Is this a destination, a loop, or a sequence of prompts. The towel does not merely tell you where to go. It gives the team a small act of interpretation to perform together before they depart.
