Jury Syntegration still needs facilitation, but not a heavy hand. The structured roles and geometry of the inner chamber do much of the work. The jury adds a second layer of listening. Human facilitators therefore focus on rhythm, timing, transitions, and process integrity. A small team is usually enough: - one lead facilitator. - one process steward. - one media steward. The lead facilitator holds the form. The process steward tracks rotations and role discipline. The media steward ensures that clips, notes, and signals can feed both the jury and the evolving Guide. The Hitchhikers are not facilitators. They are witnesses with voice.
